Swedish Massage is designed to stimulate circulation. The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.
Deep Tissue Massage is administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. It helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation, and reducing inflammation-related pain.
Myofascial Release is the application of sustained pressure and movement to release fascial restrictions and unsupportive emotional patterns. It is an effective therapeutic approach in the relief of cervical pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, neurological dysfunction, restriction of motion, chronic pain, and headaches.
Shiatsu Massage is a Japanese technique utilizing acupuncture points. It focuses on unblocking life energy and restoring balance in the meridians to promote self-healing. Pressure is applied to energy meridians with fingers, thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, or feet. This treatment's benefits may include relaxation, stimulating blood and lymphatic flow, pain relief, and strengthening the body’s resilience.
Tui Na (pronounced t-weigh na) Massage is a Chinese therapeutic system that facilitates healing by regulating blood and qi circulation (vital energy), which controls body function and enhances disease resistance. Techniques include pressing, rubbing, waving, shaking, percussion, or manipulating. Intensities range from light and soothing to strong and invigorating.
Reflexology Massage uses pressure to specific reflex areas in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion. This technique can help reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. It is especially helpful in stress-related illness and emotional disorders.
Somatic Massage accesses healing with the mind-body connection through the combination of touch, talk, sound, movement, imagery, and awareness to assist the body in cultivating overall regulation and resilience.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive method of evaluating and enhancing the body’s natural healing processes. Craniosacral therapy encourages your body’s natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, and enhance health and resistance to disease. This technique uses a light touch to assist the natural movement of fluid within the craniosacral system.
Using both reiki and intuitive energy approaches, energy healing focuses on clearing blocked energy and balancing the body’s energy field through hands-on work and deep healing techniques. Through the unblocking and balancing of energy fields, you have access to healing on all levels of functioning—emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental.
Prenatal Massage techniques can reduce pregnancy discomforts and concerns and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both the mother and baby.
Medical Massage utilizes specific treatments appropriate to working with disease, illness, pain, and recovery from injury. This treatment is based on a referral from a doctor or chiropractor.
Integrative Massage combines a variety of massage, bodywork, and somatic therapy techniques in a session.
This is a 3-step process.
Step 1: While lying on a heated massage table, your entire body is wrapped in steamy, hot towels soaked in a healing herbal infusion. Once the herbal hot towels are placed, your body is wrapped snugly with warming covers to create a steamy sauna cocoon effect. You have the option to add a weighted blanket on top for an additional cozy experience.
Step 2: During your cocoon time, your body will receive nurturing craniosacral therapy, energy healing, and a neck/scalp massage.
Step 3: At the end of the session, Tiffany unwraps you from the covers and towels, then steps out of the room for you to emerge from your cocoon feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.

Steamed Herbal Ball Massage uses an herb mix wrapped in cloth. The herbal balls are steamed to draw out the herbs' healing properties, then used for massaging hot oil on the body. The steamy herbs mix with the hot oil to help relax your body, bring relief to aching muscles and soothe the skin.
Hot Stones Massage uses stones of all shapes and sizes during the massage to elicit physical healing, mental relaxation, and a spiritual connection to earth energy. The hot stones encourage the exchange of blood and lymph and provide soothing heat for deep-tissue work. Stones are placed in varying positions on the body for energy balancing or used for specific trigger-point work.

Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.
Some massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client fully clothed. Other techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed. However, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.
Tiffany will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet.
You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
You can be massaged on whatever area of your body you would like (excluding genitals and anus). You will never be touched on any body part that you don't agree to before the start of each session.
Before the massage, feel free to ask Tiffany any questions about the technique or the upcoming session. During the massage, make yourself comfortable. Tiffany will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, another blanket, or anything else relevant to the session. If you have any questions regarding the session or the particular technique you are receiving, please ask.
Yes. That's why before you begin your session Tiffany will ask you general health questions. You must inform Tiffany of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork before any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.
