Step 1: While lying on a heated massage table, your entire body is wrapped in steamy, hot towels soaked in a healing herbal infusion. Once the herbal hot towels are placed, your body is wrapped snugly with warming covers to create a steamy sauna cocoon effect. You have the option to add a weighted blanket on top for an additional cozy experience.
Step 2: During your cocoon time, your body will receive nurturing craniosacral therapy, energy healing, and a neck/scalp massage.
Step 3: At the end of the session, Tiffany unwraps you from the covers and towels, then steps out of the room for you to emerge from your cocoon feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
