Hi. I’m Tiffany, a nurturing Bodyworker, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Consent Educator, Period Coach, and Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in somatic trauma-informed care.
Step out of the paradigm of feeling like you are broken or need to be fixed. Learn how to feel safe and at home in your body. My passion is to inspire and facilitate the healing wisdom inside of you.
I love my work. It is a privilege to facilitate healing with someone, and every time I do, I feel deep gratitude, reverence, and respect for the person I work with.
I embrace clients and parents/guardians from all walks of life. People of any race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, or military status are welcome here.
Before graduating from college in 2001, I completed my Recreation Therapy internship at a grade 1-12 school for children with severe emotional disturbances. I provided individual and group Recreation Therapy and Physical Education for students at the school.
My first career was in Aquatics. I owned a swim school for over a decade. I worked as an Aquatic Recreation Therapist, Aquatic Exercise Instructor, Special Olympics Swim Team Coach, Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Adapted Aquatics Instructor. I received training in Watsu, Halliwick, Aquatic Integration, and Ai Chi aquatic therapy modalities. I trained lifeguards and swim instructors for my swim school, as well as for other aquatic programs. I also taught CPR, AED, and First Aid classes for the American Red Cross.
My second career was as a Holistic Personal Chef. I cooked for clients in their homes and taught cooking classes. My culinary focus was on gut-healing diets, gluten/grain-free baked goods, fermented foods and drinks, bone broth, and herbal remedies.
Throughout my life, I worked in the helping field as a babysitter, nanny, respite care provider, companion, and caregiver. I gained experience in tracheostomy care, colostomy care, wound care, G-tube care, and NJ tube care from these work experiences.
For over a decade, I volunteered at an elementary school, teaching songs, games, and physical movement activities to children.
I have over 20 years of experience working with clients affected by autism, developmental disabilities, mobility challenges, neurological disorders, autoimmune disease, respiratory disorders, cancer, blindness, vision impairment, deafness, hard of hearing, brain injury, epilepsy, speech disorders, intellectual disabilities, sensory processing disorders, mental health challenges, and trauma.
